Today I got to preview the newest ride at Disney's California Adventure. The Little Mermaid ride doesn't open officially until 6/3, but I got here early with a handful of other passholders to be among the first to try it out! It was... just okay. Disappointing, but could have been worse. It's going to be one of those rides that I will go on, if there is a 10 minute or less wait time (Which likely won't happen for quite a while).

Its gardening week... or however long it takes me to find interesting garden things to photograph. The sun has been out lately and things have been getting pretty! It makes me miss living in a house with a garden. The second story of this Valley Village concrete jungle apartment complex doesn't me have much of a garden. I have to live vicariously through my family. Thanks family.

My new desktop arrived today and it looks massive next to my TV. Though, I think it looks massive because my goodness this thing is huge! and fast! and amazing! My TV is 42" and the desktop is 21.5" Touchscreen all-in-one, with 4GB RAM and a 1TB hard drive. It was kind of my Christmas, Birthday and Easter present from my family. Love love love it.

This is pretty much all I've done with my day. I've had a really bad headache for 2 days now, so I am still not fully recovered enough to get my work done. I just got this in the mail. Oh, and I should mention, I only watched season 1. If I still feel like rubbish tomorrow then I'll likely watch all of season 2, but hoping I feel better so I can get some work done. I used to catch episodes here and there on BBC, and I'm glad to finally watch it all in order. Although now all my thoughts have a British accent, and the theme music is permanently stuck in my head.

I took a picture of this notepad, not because of what I wrote on it, but because it is the greatest notepad ever. I am one of those who takes notes on everything. I don't think there is an open bill envelope that doesn't have random notes of mine scrawled on the back. I found this super cute note pad for under $3 and I didn't realize until after opening it that there is a hole in all the papers so that I can stick my pen there. Those who know me well enough know how I can go from having a pen in my hand to completely misplacing it in about .04 seconds. Sorry for the chicken scratch handwriting. Had a Psoriatic Arthritis flare up this week so I've been in the wrist cast which makes it hard to write, but I heard that quote and wanted to remember it (so naturally I took notes!). If you can't read it, it says: "The only thing that's going to change your life are the actions you take, not the intentions you have."
